Our Property Management Guarantees
Payment Guarantee
If tenants don't pay their rent as agreed, you don't pay us our monthly management fee. We are only Paid when you are.
Happiness Guarantee
If you were self-managing and after 6 months of us managing your property you are not happy with our service, we will give your property back to you and refund 1/2 of the fees.
Rental Guarantee
If you do not secure a qualified tenant within 21 days of marketing your units, we will waive
our first month's management fee.
